PT. Trikarsa Jasatama is committed to comply with Indonesia’s Law and Regulations as such to provide a drug free working environment for all employees including subcontractors and visitors.
By means of this statement, PT. Trikarsa Jasatama inform that the inappropriate or immoderate consumption of alcohol or possession/use of illegal drugs/substances in all work or business related situations will not be tolerated and could lead to disciplinary action or summary dismissal. It is misconduct to be under the influence of alcoholic beverages or drugs whilst on work time.
PT. Trikarsa Jasatama will enforce this policy through drug and alcohol testing which may conduct during annual medical checkup, or randomly according to client’s regulation. Refusal to submit such testing may lead to disciplinary action under PT. Trikarsa Jasatama existing disciplinary procedure.
